Ms. Darlene, Assistant Director ~ Ms. Darlene has been at Teddy Bear for 8 years. She currently has a CDA. She enjoys spending time scrapbooking and watching her son play hockey. Her favorite thing about working with children is watching their eyes light up when they learn something new.
Ms. Shawn, Infants ~ Ms. Shawn has been working with our babies for 6 years and presently holds a CDA. Her favorite thing about working with children is being able to teach them new things, especially the babies. She also enjoys NASCAR and watching her son race BMX.
Ms. Jamie, Infants~ Ms. Jamie enjoys working with animals, doing crafts, and watching movies. She loves working with children because she can act like a kid around them. Jamie has worked here for 2 years.
Ms. Amy, Toddler’s ~ Ms. Amy has worked for Teddy Bear for 5 years. She loves helping the children grow. She takes pleasure in cooking and swimming.
Ms. Rusty, Toddler’s ~ Ms. Rusty loves helping children to learn new things. She has been with Teddy Bear for 2 years and holds an early childhood education bachelors degree from the University of Illinois. She enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
Ms. Stacy, Young Two’s~ Ms. Stacy likes spending time with her friends and reading. She is working toward an elementary education degree. She likes being someone that the children can come to know, love and trust. She has worked for Teddy Bear for 5 years.
Ms. Donna, Young Two’s ~ Ms. Donna holds a CDA and has been teaching at Teddy Bear for 10 years. She enjoys reading, sewing and doing jigsaw puzzles in her spare time. She loves the excitement children have when they learn something new.
Ms. Alex, Young Two’s~ Ms. Alex enjoys playing soccer, watching football, and shopping. Her favorite thing about working with kids is that at the end of the day she learns something, too.
Ms. Amanda, Older Two’s~ Ms. Amanda has been with Teddy Bear for 2 years. She enjoys working with children because it is so rewarding to see how they grow and develop. She likes to decorate cakes, cook and spend time with her husband and family.
Ms. Becky, Three’s~ Ms. Becky enjoys spending time with her family. She has worked for Teddy Bear for 6 years and currently has a CDA. She enjoys watching children learn and grow.
Ms. Brandy, Three’s ~ Ms. Brandy has been at Teddy Bear since 2008. She enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and her dogs. She loves how excited children get over learning something new.
Ms. Derae, Fives’s ~ Ms Derae likes how kids are creative and make every day different. She has worked at Teddy Bear for 5 years. Ms. Derae enjoys drawing, eating and spending time with her husband and 4 pets. She is looking forward to the arrival of a new little one in December.
Ms. Angela, Four’s~ Ms. Angela enjoys writing poetry and spending time with her 7 children and 3 grandchildren. She is working toward an associate’s degree in child development. She loves the look on a child’s face when he/she “gets it”.
Ms. Kristy, Float~ Ms. Kristy has worked at Teddy Bear for 7 years and has a CDA. She enjoys doing 4-H, cooking, swimming and going out with friends. She enjoys working with children because she loves to have fun with them and feel like a second mom.
