The job qualifications are as follows:
Min. High School Diploma or GED
CDA/ Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree in early childhood
preferred
Experience working in a licensed childcare center is
preferred
Excellent communication skills, dealing with children,
parents, co-workers and superiors
Willingness to actively engage with 1 and 2 year olds
Must abide by all Licensing regulations & Company
Policies

Reliable
Highly organized
Flexible-with the ability to work in other classrooms when
necessary
Positive attitude
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Diaper changing
Writing weekly thematic lesson plans
Implementing the weekly lesson plan
Daily communication with parents about children's days
Regularly sanitizing classroom toys & maintaining a
clean environment
To provide a safe learning environment
Complete all necessary training hours annually
